Plateau Indian Cuisine was born from a simple idea: travelers crossing West Texas on I-10 deserve a real, home-cooked meal — not just a drive-thru.
Every recipe on our menu traces back to family kitchens in Lahore and Hyderabad. Marinades sit overnight. Onions are slow-browned. Biryani is layered, sealed, and steamed the traditional dum way.
We use only 100% Halal beef and chicken. No shortcuts on faith or flavor.
